Customer Experience Intern

Most companies treat customer support like a cost center.

We don’t.

At EverTry, customer experience is the product.

We help people in Nigeria, Ghana, Morocco, and beyond pay for things the traditional banking system makes hard, such as subscriptions, ads, hosting, exams, and global tools. When their card fails at 11:47 pm, and a deadline is 12:00 am, we are the difference between panic and relief.

That’s not “support.”

That’s infrastructure.

We’re looking for a Customer Experience Intern who wants to learn how world-class fintech companies actually work, from the inside.

Not someone who wants to “reply to tickets.”

Someone who wants to solve real problems.

What You’ll Actually Do

  • Talk to real customers facing real payment issues.
  • Diagnose problems (declines, limits, funding errors, compliance checks).
  • Turn frustrated users into loyal advocates.
  • Spot patterns in complaints and suggest product improvements.
  • Work closely with product and engineering to fix root causes.
  • Help us write better help docs and smarter support scripts.

You won’t be a script reader.

You’ll be a problem solver.

What You’ll Learn

  • How modern fintech operations work.
  • How payments, cards, and crypto rails actually function.
  • Crisis communication under pressure.
  • Clear, concise writing.
  • How to think from first principles about user pain.
  • You’ll also see how a high-performance remote team operates. No micromanaging. No corporate theatre. Just smart people trying to build something useful.

Who This Is For

  • You might be a good fit if:
  • You write clearly and simply.
  • You stay calm under pressure.
  • You enjoy helping people.
  • You notice patterns others miss.
  • You’re curious about fintech and global payments.
  • You don’t wait to be told what to do.

We care more about how you think than what degree you have.

Why This Role Is Different

You’ll work remotely.

You’ll receive a monthly stipend.

You’ll join a small, sharp team solving a real-world problem.

Most internships teach you how big companies work.

This one teaches you how companies are built.

If you perform exceptionally, this won’t stay an internship for long.

How to Apply

Send us:

  1. A short note (not more than 300 words) on a time you solved a difficult problem for someone.
  2. Why you want to work at EverTry.
